Most people, I’m afraid, are doing kept because nothing else worked. They’ve tried dozens of times to diet with little success. The ketogenic diet is very strict with very little room for variance. If you’ve never successfully dieted on a more flexible approach, you stand no chance on a ketogenic diet.
