I’ve followed Tim for the past 5-6 years now and his content has helped me tremendously. Reggie attests to Tim’s work as well. From his podcast, blog, and books, Tim delivers on optimizing yourself as a human being.

The Tim Ferriss Show
A go-to podcast for me for the last 2-3 years!
A big influencer and someone you can pick up a lot of gems from.
This guy’s energy is contagious and he produces content. I mean PRODUCES content. If you’re looking for practical tactics to grow your brand or business, you’ve got to scope out his content.
Episode #2 – “So, You Want To An Actor?”
In this episode I talk with Dusty Baker who moved out here to pursue his dream of acting. Now, all three of us are living under the same roof going after our dreams! Pretty cool if you ask me.
Garrett McLaughlin – ART and Sports Performance Coach
Garrett is a colleague of Reggie and I. We all worked together at Quest Performance in Brentwood, TN. Garret produces lots of great content for athletes and overall health in general when it comes to taking care of the body’s tissues.
He helped me with some shoulder impingement and I’ve referred dozens of clients his way for aches and pains. If you’re in the Greater Nashville area, check out Garrett and what he may can do for you!

The Good Life
If I wake up tomorrow, and this has all been a dream, I’d smile because I’d still have the memories…
They say dreams are what you see when you’re sleeping. I say that dreams keep you from sleeping because you can’t wait to make them a reality!
I love looking into the ocean… the seemingly endless body of water is very symbolic of life… you can only see so far but you know it extends further than your site.
As in life, you can visualize the immediate future and some of the distant but the unknown of what lay beyond your eyes’ reach is something you must find out for yourself…
Cast away fear and doubts, for they will hold you back from your true potential… charter the waters of the unknown and step into the reality of your true potential.
Happy Monday My Friends!! #Relentless
